Beyond the development of hardware storage systems unique database products have made huge amount of data in order of magnitude of petabytes manageable.
We have over 20 years experience with different database systems. Starting with the - by now obsolete - hierarchical database model through the most popular relational and rapidly developing object-relational models including some more experimental research databases we are familiar with the underlying theory of databases. We have thorough knowledge about several database products - Oracle, Sybase, DB2, SQL-Server, PostgreSQL.
We work with Oracle since the historical release 5 back in the late eighties thru 6, 7, 8i, 9i and 10g. In the majority of our projects Oracle has been the underlying database system. Along with the database we have accumulated experience with other Oracle products as well - Forms/Reports, Application Server, Developers Suite, etc. In the framework of a free service we offer database tuning consultation in e-mail.
